Research Focus: Regional and Country Studies around the South China Sea

Job Responsibilities

To undertake teaching, academic research, and public service within the institute.

Qualifications

1. Political and ethical requirements: Support the leadership of the Communist Party of China and the socialist system with Chinese characteristics; observe laws and regulations; possess good moral character, physical and mental health, and exemplary conduct; be passionate about education, willing to contribute, and committed to implementing the Party’s educational principles and policies.

2. Hold a doctoral degree (Ph.D.).

3. Age limits: Under 35 for Assistant Professor B; under 40 for Tenure-track Associate Professor B.

4. Possess a strong academic background, solid scholarly foundation, and strong research capability; be able to conduct independent and original research; have published innovative papers in leading academic journals and demonstrate sustained scholarly activity.

5. Uphold academic integrity and research ethics.

6. Have a good command of one or more foreign languages.

Eligibility

Open to both internal and external candidates.

Employment Terms

Regular public institution position; salary and benefits in accordance with Fudan University’s regulations.
